9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both you and our team.
For Online Self Paced Courses, or Digital Products
Once access is granted to a digital product (e.g., downloadable materials, pre-recorded content), no refunds will be issued.
For online live programs or coaching sessions, cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees), or a credit toward a future program.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but we may allow you to transfer your seat to another person or attend a future session.
For In-Person Events, Immersion Programs, Retreats, or Workshops
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full transfer credit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable due to venue and logistic commitments, but you may transfer your registration to someone else.
For 1:1 Coaching or Private Sessions
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed or late-cancelled sessions without notice may be charged in full.
Please contact us at info@kyndaraleadership.com with your request, and we’ll respond as soon as possible. All refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 working days to the original method of payment.
