Kyndara was born from our own leadership journey—as two women navigating the invisible ceilings we didn’t know we had, combined with over 15 years of designing leadership development experiences.
As leaders in Indonesia, we learned that real leadership is not just about acquiring skills or even cultivating self-awareness. It’s about evolving. That means facing the uncomfortable—our shadows, our inner critics, the inherited beliefs that quietly shape what we think is possible. It means learning to recognize our own glass ceilings—and then learning how to break them, again and again.
Kyndara is our way of passing on what we’ve lived. It’s a space for leaders who are ready for more than frameworks—for those who want transformation that’s grounded in research and rooted in something deeper. We bring together systems thinking, leadership psychology, spiritual wisdom, and practical tools—because we know time is precious, and growth must be both meaningful and doable.

Aristiwidya Bramantika has spent over 18 years at the intersection of culture, leadership, and behavioral transformation. As the former SVP of People & Culture at Gojek, she co-led the design and implementation of the company’s cultural blueprint—helping it scale with agility and soul during one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic growth journeys.
She has since become a trusted partner to leaders across industries, from global banks and Big Four firms to tech unicorns and purpose-driven startups. Her work blends systems thinking, psychology, and deep facilitation to spark meaningful change—at both personal and organizational levels.
What sets her apart is her presence. Aristiwidya brings both sharp thinking and deep empathy into every room she enters, creating the safety and spark for real transformation to happen.

Kezia Arya
Kezia Arya is a leadership development consultant, coach, and learning strategist with over 18 years of experience across consulting, banking, and organizational development. Her career has spanned senior HR roles—including SVP of People & Organization Development at Permata Bank and Head of Learning & Development at Danamon—before founding Talentbox Indonesia, a boutique leadership consultancy based in Jakarta.
She is a Licensed Practitioner and Global Faculty Member of Insights Discovery, where she plays an active role in certifying new practitioners worldwide—a testament to her mastery of self-awareness tools and facilitation. Her contribution to cross-cultural research further highlights her commitment to developing learning strategies that work across diverse contexts.
With a rare blend of strategic acumen, facilitation skill, and deep empathy, Kezia is known for helping leaders unlock their potential and organizations evolve from within.
